Humour is the best and shiniest tool in the mental health tool box. I love it and use it all the time. I believe it is either instilled as part of your upbringing or not – I certainly passed it on to our kids. Clive James once said “humour is wisdom having fun” I love that quote and find it so true. 🌈😁
