Because our items are made-to-order just for you through our print-on-demand partners, we handle returns a little differently than traditional big-box stores. Orders
How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on
where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about
your tracking or shipment, contact us at finleyriverpublishing@gmail.com.
Delivery
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbor’s place in case the package was delivered there.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, contact us at finleyriverpublishing@gmail.com with your order number.
If you find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Refunds & Returns
Because each piece is custom-printed at the time of your order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect size selections.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days ONLY for damaged or misprinted items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was misprinted.
If an item you ordered was misprinted please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the misprinted item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
Please contact us at finleyriverpublishing@gmail.com before mailing any items back, as returns sent without prior authorization may not be processable. To return your product, you should mail your product to:
